ÖSSZEFOGLALÁS:
1966 és 1975 között kezelt 97 frontobasalis törést elemeznek a szerzők. Escher beosztása szerint ismertetik a törés típusait, és a főbb tüneteket. Kezelési eredményeik jók, 3 korai és 1 késői meningitises esetük volt csupán a 10 év alatt. Kiterjedt frontalis törmelékes töréseknél a specializált szakintézeti ellátást javasolják.
SUMMARY
Rhino-traumatological aspects of the treatment of fronto-basal fractures.
The data of 97 fronto-basal fractures treated between 1966 and 1975 are analysed by the authors. The main types and the most important symptoms are discussed. With the so-called semi-conservative method satisfactory results have been obtained, — during 10 years but 3 early — and 1 late meningitis occurred as complication of the method. In case of extended frontal fragmentous fracture treatment in a special institute is recommended by the authors.
