ÖSSZEFOGLALÁS:
A szerzők munkájukban nem kívántak a gégerák kezelési elveivel, sorrendiségével foglalkozni. Alapvető céljuk az volt, hogy a rendelkezésükre álló adatok alapján a gégerák sugárkezelésénél szükséges optimális dózis értékek meghatározásához hozzájáruljanak.
Az optimális dózis értéke az 5 éves túlélést figyelembe véve a folyamat kiterjedésétől, lokalizációjától, a sugárterápia alapvető törvényeinek betartásától függ.
Adataink szerint 1750 reu-nál található az optimális dózis értéke mindegyik stádium esetében. A kizárólagos sugárkezelés esetén a tumor nagysága, a folyamat kiterjedése megszabja az 5 éves túlélés értékét az optimális dózistartományon belül is.
SUMMARY
Optimal dose in the radiation treatment of the laryngeal cancer.
The authors did not wish to discuss in this paper the therapeutical principles of the treatment of the laryngeal cancer or the order of their succession. Their aim was to furnish data to the determination of the values of the optimal doses necessary in the radiation treatment of the laryngeal cancer.
Taking into consideration the 5 years’ survival the optimal dose is dependent on the extension and the localization of the process, as well as on the observance of the fundamental laws of the ray therapy.
On the basis of the authors’ data, the value of the optimal dose is to be found at 1750 reu in each stage. In case of exclusive radiation treatment the size of the tumour and the extension of the process determine the value of the 5 years’ survival even within the optimal dose domain.
