ÖSSZEFOGLALÁS:
Szerző először a pleomorph adenomák aberrált előfordulását és klinikumát tárgyalja, majd a therapia lehetőségeit ismerteti a recidiva és malignus elfajulás szemszögéből. Ezután saját esetét ismerteti. Az arcüregben diagnosztizált pleomorph adenoma maxilla resectio után 6 évig volt recidiva és tünetmentes. Ekkor a hátsó ethmoidalis régióban és orbitában lépett fel malignus recidiva. Újabb műtétbe a beteg nem egyezett bele, ezért fractionaltan 7700 r mélybesugárzást kapott 4 év alatt. A beteg jelenleg is él, látását elvesztette és a folyamat már részben destruálta a koponyaalapot is. Szerző kiemeli a korai és radicalis műtét jelentőségét pleomorph adenománál.

SUMMARY
First, the aberrant occurrence of the pleomorphic adenomas and their clinical characteristics are discussed by the author, then the possibilities of the therapy from the point of view of the relapses and of malignant degeneration are outlined. The author’s case is reported: A pleomorphic adenoma diagnosed in the maxillary sinus the patient remained after maxillary resection free of relapses and symptoms for 6 years. Then, malignant relapse developed in the posterior ethmoidal region and in the orbita. The patient did not consent to a newer operation, therefore fractionally deep irradiation with 7700 r during 4 years has been carried out.
