ÖSSZEFOGLALÁS:
A gégetumorok telekobalttherápiás kezelésére állómezős ékszűrővel kombinált kezelési eljárás javasolnak. A kezelési eljárás segítségével elérhető a tumorölő dózis homogén eloszlásbantörténő leadása. A dóziseloszlás előre megadható. A fém-canule torzító hatása miatt annak eltávolítását javasolják a besugárzás idejére. A műanyag canulenél a mérések ilyen torzító hatást nem igazoltak. A sugártherapiás terv felállítása gégesebész-, radiológus-, fizikus-team feladata.
Telecobalt therapy of the laryngeal tumours: problems of planning.
SUMMARY
For the telecobalt treatment of the laryngeal tumours a method combined with standing field cuneate filter is recommended by the authors. By means of this method the administration of the tumour destroying dose in homogeneous distrubution is possible. The distribution of the dose may be stated in advance. Because of the distorting effect of the metal cannula its removal for the time of the ii'radiation is recommended by the authors. Using plastic material cannula the measurement revealed no such distorting effect. The elaboration of the plan of the irradiation therapy is the task of the laryngologist, radiologist and physicist team.
