ÖSSZEFOGLALÁS:
Supraglottikus kiindulású rákos gégék sebészi-pathológiai vizsgálata alapján a szerzők demonstrálják a daganatterjedés jellegzetességeit és újabb adatokat szolgáltatnak a korábbi vizsgálatok eredményeihez.
Ismertetik az epiglottis felső harmadának laryngealis felszínéről kiinduló daganat lig. hyo-epiglotticum feletti terjedését a valleeulára és a nyelvgyökre ; a daganat lig. thyreo-epiglotticum és commisura anterior feletti terjedési mechanizmusát a pajzsporc elülső szögletére. Leírják a thyreo- arytenoidealis izmok oldalsó fasciáját. Ez a fontos anatómiai képlet hosszú ideig képes megakadályozni, hogy a supraglottikus gégerák Morgagni-tasak körül
Histologie data referring to surgical pathology of cancer of the larynx of supra glottic origin.
SUMMARY
On hand of surgical pathological investigations of cancerous larynx of supraglottic origin, the characteristics of the tumours growth are demonstrated and new data presented to earlier investigations.
The growth over the 1. hyoepiglotticum of the tumour, starting from the laryngeal surface of the upper epiglottic third, onto the vallecula and the root of the tongue is presented ; as also the tumours growth mechanism over the 1. thyreoepiglotticum and commissura anterior onto the anterior angle of the thyroid cartilage. The lateral fascia of the thyreoarytenoideal muscles is described. For a long period, this most important anatomical formation is in the position to prevent the infiltration of the supraglottic cancer of the marynx at growing downwards around the Morgagni’s pouch onto the lateral cricoarytenoideal area.
