ÖSSZEFOGLALÁS:
A szerzők 28, felnőtt korban kialakult, kis-középfok határán levő idegeredetű halláscsökkenés miatt kezelt beteg beszédvizsgálatát végezték el. Hangzótorzítást 8, hypernasalis artikulációt 5 esetben találtak. A beszédlégzés 6 beteg esetében volt kóros, 3-ban hyperkinetikus hangképzés jegyeit észlelték a gégében. Beszédhangmagasság-eltérés 2 férfi esetében volt kimutatható. Legtöbb eltérés a beszéd akcentusaiban mutatkozott. Az észlelt elváltozások ismertetése mellett az audiogén beszédzavar jellemzőinek részletes áttekintését adják.
Alteration of the speech structure in the case of bilateral hearing impairment developed in the adult age of little or medium degree, of neural origin
SUMMARY
Speech examination has been performed by the authors in 28 patients, treated because of hearing impairment developed in the adult age, of neural origin, — the impairment being within the limits of the little and the medium degree. Sound deformation has been found in 8 cases and hypernasal articulation in 5 cases. Pathologic respiration during speech was found in 6 patients, and the signs of hyperkinetic phonation in the larynx were observed in 3 patients. Pitch alteration was present in 2 men. Most alterations were seen in the speech accents. Beside the description of the observed alterations detailed review of the characteristics of the audiogenic speech disturbances is given.
