ÖSSZEFOGLALÁS:
A fül-orr-gégészeti extrapulmonalis tuberkulózis ma már viszonylag ritka, megjelenési formái atipusosak, sokszor csak szövettani vizsgálat segítségével diagnosztizálható. Szerző ismerteti az osztályukon kezelt 1—1 epipharynx-, tonsilla-, orr-, 3 középfül-, 6 parotis-, és 8 intraparotidealis nyirokcsomó tu- berkulózisos beteg esetét, a differenciál-diagnosztikai nehézségeket, s a betegség korszerű, sebészi-kemoterápiás gyógyítását.
Otorhinolaryngological, infrequent forms of the extrapulmonary tuberculosis
SUMMARY
The incidence of the otorhinolaryngological extrapulmonary tuberculosis is nowadays relatively infrequent, the forms of its appearance are atypical, and their diagnosis is mostly possible only by means of histological examination. In the material of the author’s department 1—1 case of epipharyngeal-, tonsillar-, nasal tuberculosis-, 3 patients with middle ear-, 6 with parotidean — and 8 patients with intraparotidean lymph node tuberculosis have been treated. The course, the differential-diagnostic difficulties as well as the modern, surgical-chemotherapeutical treatment are discussed.
