ÖSSZEFOGLALÁS:
Szerző 1973—75 között 162 elektronystagmographiás vizsgálatot végezett szédüléssel járó kórképek tisztázása, illetve a differenciál- és topikai diagnózis elősegítése céljából. 98 nőbeteg közül 42 volt fertilis korban, akik közül 10 Infecundint és 6 Bisecurint szedett rendszeresen. A panaszok és a tünetek fellépése, a kórlefolyás és az objektív klinikai és laboratóriumi adatok alapján 3 Infecundint és 2 Bisecurint szedő nőnél kauzális összefüggés volt kideríthető a tünetek, illetve a megbetegedés és az oralis, hormonális anticoncipiens alkalmazása között. Ezért szerző felhívja a figyelmet a contraceptio használata kapcsán fellépő thrombo-emboliák lehetőségére az a. vertebro-basilaris területén is, mivel e kérdéssel — jelentőségéhez képest — kevesen foglalkoznak.

SUMMARY
Between 1973 and 1975 electronystagmographic examinations have been performed by the authors in 162 cases, in order to clear the diseases concomitant with vertigo, as well as to promote the differential and topical diagnosis. Out of 98 female patients 42 were in fertile age, — out of them 10 took Infecundin and 6 Bisecurin regularly. On the basis of the complaints and the symptoms, the course as well as of the objective clinical and laboratory data in 3 patients taking Infecundin and in 2 taking Bisecurin causal relationship was found between the symptoms and the disease, resp., and the use of oral, hormonal contraceptives. In consequence the author points out the possibility of the development of thrombo-embolism in consequence of the use of contraceptives also in the area of the vertebro-basilar artery, — this problem being not often discussed as compared to its importance.
