ÖSSZEFOGLALÁS:
Szerzők ismertetik perifériás arcidegbénulással kezdődő linearis sclerodermas betegük ritka esetét. Megfigyeléseik a scleroderma mind idegrendszeri, mind immunoallergiás eredetét támogatják. E ritka idegrendszeri tünetekkel járó megbetegedés — mely az arcideg műtéti feltárását és frakcionált PEG végzését tette szükségessé — kezdetben kórismézési nehézséget okozott, de gazdagítja a perifériás facialis parecishez vezető okok panorámáját.

SUMMARY
A rare case of linear scleroderma beginning with peripheric linear paralysis is reported. The authors’ observations point to both immuno-allergic origin and the origin in the nervous system of the disease. This rare disease—concomitant with neural symptoms— necessitated the surgical exposure of the facial nerve and the performance of fractional PEG and it caused initially difficulties in the diagnosis. However, these experiences are valuable contributions to the causes leading to peripheric facial paresis.
