A szerző összefoglalja az orrmelléküregi fog heterotopia pathológiai és klinikai jelentőségét. Beszámol egy esetről, ahol purulens sinusitis műtéti megoldása során az ethmoid sejtek felől a sinus maxillárisba nőtt heterotopiás bölcsességfogat találtak.

SUMMARY
The pathological and clinical importance of the heterotopy of a tooth sited in the paranasal sinus is discussed. A ease is reported, in which during the surgical treatment of purulent sinusitis a heterotopic wisdom tooth—grown from the ethmoid cells into the maxillary sinus—was found.
Neither neurosurgical consultation could unequivocally clear the presence of cerebral abscess or cerebral metastasis — this latter was verified only after the patient’s death, during the post-mortem examination.
