102 totalexstirpált beszéd rehabilitátiójának eredményét ismertetve, részletesen feldolgozza a totalexstirpatio utáni somatikus panaszokat. A nyelőcsőbeszéd eredriiényesebb elsajátítása érdekében, könnyen kezelhető gyakorló lapot szerkesztett. Felveti a totalexstirpáltak munkaképesség csökkenésének optimális, újbóli esetleges meghatározását és az exstirpáltak komplex problémáinak jobb megoldása érdekében ún. „totalexstirpált szövetség” létrehozásának szükségességét.
Development of esophageal speech: the authors’ experiences and practical conclusions
SUMMARY
The results obtained in 2 patients in the rehabilitation after totally extirpated speech are resumed and the somatic complaints after total extirpation are discussed in detail. In order to better acquisition of the esophageal speech an easily manageable individual card has been compiled by the author. The problem of the “optimal” definition of the decreased capacity of work of the patients with total extirpation of the speech and the necessity of the institution of an “association” of the patients suffered “total extirpation” are suggested..
