Szerző ismerteti az arcidegbénulás diagnosztikájában alkalmazott rövid impulzuséi ingerlés lényegét, előnyeit. Saját osztályunkon 2 év alatt vizsgált 105 esetet elemezve megállapítja, hogy a vizsgáló eljárás hasznos segédeszköz a műtéti indikáció felállításához, s a sorozatvizsgálatokkal nyert adatok megbízható információt nyújtanak a bénulás kimenetelére vonatkozóan.
Data on the prognosis of the peripheric facial paresis
SUMMARY
The essence and the advantages of the stimulation with short impulses — used in in the diagnosis of facial paresis — are discussed by the author. On the basis of the analysis of 105 cases examined in 2 years it is stated by the author that this method is a suitable appliance in the indication of the surgical intervention, and that the data obtained by serial examinations furnish reliable information in respect of the outcome of the paresis.
