ÖSSZEFOGLALÁS:
A szerzők bakteriológiai mintavételi eljárásukkal kapcsolatos eredményeiket ismertetik. Összehasonlítják a hallójáratból vattatamponnal, valamint saját módszerükkel szívómotorral nyert hallójárati és dobüregi váladék bakterioló giai leleteit. Megbízható technikájukkal is alátámasztható az a tény, hogy az otitis media időtartamával együtt a baktérium-flóra változik.
Data on the bacteriological sampling in otitis of infants
SUMMARY
The methods used in bacteriological sampling and their results are reported by the authors. Secretions have been obtained from the auditory duct and the tympanic cavity using cotton tampon and by means of their method, using an aspirator motor, and the relationship observed between bacteriological samples are discussed. This simple and reliable method confirms the the supposition that with the duration of otitis media also the bacterial flora undergoes alterations.
