A gyermekkori hallásgondozás három szinten történik: 1. a kezelő gyermek- orvos, 2. a gyermekfül-orr-gégészeti szakrendelés és 3. az audiologiai állomás. Ezek közül a legszélesebb körű munkát a szakrendelés végzi, sokrétű munkája közül egyik legfontosabb a beiskolázási szűrés. Az eredményes hallásgondozás érdekében országosan ki kell építeni a gyermekfül-orr-gégészeti szakrendelő hálózatot.
The role of consultation by specialists in the hearing care of children
SUMMARY
The hearing care in the childhood is performed on three levels: 1. by the pediatrician, 2. the consultation of specialists and 3. the audiologic service. Out of them the consultation of specialists is of the greatest importance, including the mass screening, before the registration of pupils at school. In order of successful hearing care the otorhinolarny- gological specialists’ network for children is to be developed in the whole country.
