ÖSSZEFOGLALÁS:
A szerző Hydroxydionnal (Viadryl-G) végzett narkózisok tapasztalatairól számol be. Nagy nyaki műtétek általános érzéstelenítésére a steroid narkózis tapasztalatai szerint jól bevált. 60 betegen sem műtét alatt, sem műtét után szövődményt nem tapasztalt. Nagy előnye a steroid narkózisnak, hogy májkárosító hatása nincs, a keringést és légzést nem deprimálja.
Total extirpation of the larynx and cervical block dissection in steroid narcosis
SUMMARY
The experiences gained with Hydroxydion (Viadryl-G) narcosis are reported by the author. In the case of greater cervical interventions, for general anaesthesia with steroid narcosis satisfactory results have been obtained by the author. In 60 patients no complications have been observed either during the interventions or postoperatively. Steroid narcosis has the great advantage that it does not impair the liver function and it has no depressing effect on the circulation and the respiration.
