ÖSSZEFOGLALÁS:
A szerzők egy operált fülkagyló-melanoblastoma esete kapcsán ismertetik a melanoblastoma biológiai tulajdonságait, a diagnostica, a therapia lehetőségeit, a betegség prognosticai jellemzőit. Ismertetett esetükben a fülkagyló felső felén elhelyezkedő tumort elektromos késsel eltávolították. A postope- ratív besugárzás után, rendszeres ellenőrzés mellett csaknem két évig tünetmentes beteg a műtét után két évvel, tüdő-metastasisban exitált.

SUMMARY
In connection with melanoblastoma of an operated external ear the biological properties, the diagnosis, the therapeutical possibilities and the prognosis of the melanoblastoma are discussed by the authors. In the authors’ case, the tumour sited in the upper part of the external ear has been removed after preoperative irradiation using an electrical knife. After postoperative irradiation and continuous control the patient was for nearly two years Symptomfree, and than died — two years after the operation — in consequence of pulmonary metastasis.
