ÖSSZEFOGLALÁS:
A szerzők a chronikus arcüreggyulladás 3 formájában (allergiás-polyposus, chronikus-gennyes és kevert forma) található kórszövettani elváltozásokat ismertetik. Külön foglalkoznak az allergiás-polyposus formában a kehelysejtek eredetével. Leírják a gyulladás különböző formáira jellemző hámelváltozásokat. A nyálkahártyában látható cysták keletkezésében a kivezetőcsövek dv- namikus (allergiás-polyposus forma) és mechanikus (kevert forma) insuffi- cientiáját tartják döntő tényezőnek.

SUMMARY
The histopathologic changes observed in 3 forms of the chronic maxillary sinusitis (allergic-polypous-, chronic-purulent and mixed form) are discussed by the authors. In the allergic-polypous form the origin of the goblet cells is separately dealt with. The epithelial changes characteristic of the different forms of the inflammation are described. In the development of the cysts observed in the mucous membrane the decisive importance is attributed by the authors to the dynamic insufficiency of the efferent ducts (allergic-polypous form) and to the mechanic insufficiency of the efferent ducts (mixed form).
