ÖSSZEFOGLALÁS:
800 embryo sziklaosont-vizsgálata és 300 conservativ tympanoplastica tapasztalatai alapján annak a térségnek az embryologiáját, pathologiáját és műtéttanát ismertetik, amely az incus rövid szára (processus brevis incudis) és az aditus lateralis fala között jön létre. A térséget spatium incudometalenak nevezik és megállapítják, hogy a gyermek- és fiatal felnőttkorban mindig szélesebb, mint öregkorban. A spatium kóros lágyrésztartalmának eltávolításával és lateralis falának elvékonyításával részletesen foglalkoznak.
The importance of the „spatium incudomeatale” in the conservative tympanoplasty
SUMMARY
On the basis of the examination of 800 embryonal petrous bones and the experiences made during the conservative tympanoplasty performed in 200 cases the embryology, the pathology and the operative surgery of the area developing between the processus brevis incudis and the lateral wall of the aditus are discussed. The area is called „spatium incudomeatale” by the authors and it is stated that this area is in children and in young adults always more spacious than in the old age. The removal of the pathological soft parts of the spatium and the thinning down of its lateral wall are discussed in detail.
