ÖSSZEFOGLALÁS:
A nystagmus kép vizsgálata és elemzése alapján a szerző úgy véli, hogy cerebellaris tumoroknál észlelhető nystagmus kép liberatiós megnyilvánulás, ami a vermis tumoroknál még desorganisalódik is. A IV. kamra és pons tumoroknál mindehhez izgalmi, majd direct laesio okozta jelenségek, bénulásos tünetek társulnak. Ha a laesio a vestibularis magvidék, vagy a tekintő- és szemmozgató szerkezetek, ill. mindkettő területében van a nystagmus kép megszűnik.

SUMMARY
On the basis of the examination and analysis of nystagmus the author is of the opinion that the nystagmus picture observed in the case of cerebellar tumours is the manifestation of liberation, which in the case of vermis tumours may become even deorgani- zed. In the case of tumours of the IV. chamber and the pons these symptoms may be accompanied by excitement and phenomena produced by direct lesion, as well as paralytic symptoms. If the lesion is sited in the vestibular nucleus, or the oculomotor and visual structures, or in both, resp., the nystagmus picture disappears.
