Differential diagnostic problems of the stridors observed in young infants.
SUMMARY
The differential diagnostic problems of the stridors observed in young infants are analysed. The authors’ new method is described, by which the tracheoscopy is carried out more easily and the obtained results are evaluated with more safety. The intubation is performed by the authors without laryngoscope or broncheoscopic tube, directly, with glass optics. Coloured still and motion pictures may be obtained by this method. In the authors’ 42 cases no complication has been observed.
