ÖSSZEFOGLALÁS:
Szerzők a pécsi Fül-orr-gégeklinika partialis gégeresectiós beteganyagát elemzik a hangképzés megtartása, ill. visszaállítása szempontjából. Kiemelik, hogy a gégedaganat sebészet követelményeinek betartása mellett már a partialis gége-resec- tiók reconstructiós szakaszában külön figyelmet kell fordítani a minél jobb hangképzést biztosító anatómiai képletek kialakítására. Mind a műtéti reconstructio, mind a műtét utáni phoniatriai kezelés szempontjai különböznek a horison- talis és a verticalis típusú resectióknál, ezért betegeiket ebben a kettős csoportosításban tárgyalják.
Problems of phonation in the case of partial resection of the larynx.
SUMMARY
The material with partial resection of the larynx of the Oto-rhino-laryngological Department of the University Medical School, Pécs, is analysed by the authors in respect of the conservation and reacquisition, resp., of the phonatory function. It is pointed out that — complying with the requirements of the surgical treatment of the laryngeal tumours — as early as in the reconstructive phase of the partial laryngeal resections — special attention is to be given on the creation of anatomical conditions assuring the best possible phonatory function. The considerations both of the surgical reconstruction and the phoniatric treatment after the operation are different in the - resections of horizontal and vertical type, — the authors’ cases are discussed in this twofold arrangement in groups.
