ÖSSZEFOGLALÁS:
Szerzők 7 év alatt 63 esetben végeztek műtétet homoio-konzervcsont — trans- plantatiójával, nyeregorr és zsugororr correctiója céljából. Ismertetik a nyereg- orrműtétek menetét, azok korai és késői szövődményeit. Részletesen foglalkoznak a csont-transplantatiót igénylő plasticai műtétekkel kapcsolatban az auto-, ill. homoio-transplantatio indicatiójával, lehetőségeivel, eredményességével. Megállapítják a homoio-csonttransplantatio gyors és eredményes eljárásként aíkalmazható.
Clinical experiments with the homotransplantation of conserved bone.
SUMMARY
The saddle nose, the pug-nose (contracted nose) and the defects of the forehead may be successfully treated by means of homo transplan tation of conserved bone. In the majority of their 63 patients the transplant has been applied by the authors on the bony base, and in a few cases between the soft parts. The first intervention of this kind has been carried out 7 years ago. At the check inspection, performed in 1968, 37 patients presented themselves (15 did not answer to the authors’ invitation). Out of these 37 patients satisfactory results have been found in 25. Important absorption occurred only in the cases, in which the implant has been applied exclusively between soft parts. If the autotransplantation encounters difficulties or the patient- does not consent to the autotransplantation, the homotransplantation of conserved bone may yield quick and satisfactory result. I
