ÖSSZEFOGLALÁS:
A szerző röviden ismerteti a fül-orr-gégészet területén előforduló haeman- giomék klinikumát és histologiáját, majd két csoportra osztva ismerteti saját anyagát. Az első csoportban közel 30 000 fül-orr-gégészeti rákszűrés közben felfedetett 70, a második csoportban az Országos Onkológiai Intézet Fül-orr- gége ambulanciáján 1959—1969 között újonnan jelentkezett 16 963 beteg közül diagnostizált és az Intézet Fül-orr-gége osztályán ápolt 65 haemangioma esetről számol be. Az elváltozásokat a betegek neme, kora, foglalkozása, az okozott panaszok és a panaszok fennállásának időtartama, a localisatio, a nagyság szerint csoportosítja. Irodalmi ismertetés után az alkalmazott thera- piás eljárásokat és az elért eredményeket mutatja be.
Hemangioma in the oto-rhino-laryngology.
SUMMARY
The clinical and histological characteristics of the hemangiomas occurring in the domain of the oto-rhino-laryngology are shortly resumed. The author’s material is dealt with in two groups. In the first group, during cancer examination of nearly 30 000 oto- rhino-laryngological patients hemangioma has been found in 70 cases, and in the second group out of 16, 963 patients, examined in the out-patients’ oto-rhino-laryngolo- gical department of the Hungarian Institute of Oncology between 1959 and 1969, hemangioma was diagnosed in 55 cases. The symptoms and the observed alterations are classified by the author according to the age, the sex, the profession of the patients, the complaints and the duration of the complaints, the localization and the degree of the alterations. Finally, the data of the literature are resumed, and the therapeutic procedures, as well as the results are presented.
