ÖSSZEFOGLALÁS:
A szerző három chronikus nyelőcső-idegentestről számol be, amelyek kórtörténete alapján a következőket állapítja meg:
1. Elhúzódó, konzervatív kezelésre nem reagáló légúti betegség esetén diffe- renciál-diagnosztikailag a nyelőcső-idegentest is felmerülhet, ezért a rtg- vizsgálat nem mellőzhető.
2. A pozitív anamnesis komolyan értékelendő, bár ennek negativitása sem zárja ki a nyelőcső-idegentest gyanúját.
3. Nyelőcső-idegentest jelenlétét biztosan csak oesophagoscopiával lehet kizárni.
Chronie foreign bodies in the esophagus, on the basis of 3 cases.
SUMMARY
3 cases of chronic foreign body in the esophagus are reported. It is stated by the author that:
1. in the case of long lasting disease of the respiratory tract — refractory to the conservative treatment — differential diagnosis may reveal a foreign body in the esophagus, therefore a roentgenogram should be taken in these cases.
2. Positive anamnesis is of great value, — its negativity, however, does not exclude the suspicion of foreign body.
3. The diagnostic mean of greatest value is the esophagoscopy, also for the exclusion of the foreign body.
