ÖSSZEFOGLALÁS:
A szerző 43 éves nőbeteg bal orrfelében növekvő angiomyoma esetét közli, mely irodalmi raritásnak tekinthető. A kezdetben megtévesztő kórszövettani diagnosisok ellenére a klinikai kép következetes megfigyelése vezetett a helyes kórisméhez. A műtéti megoldás viszonylag egyszerű formája teljes gyógyuláshoz vezetett. Érdekes, hogy a műtét következtében erősen kitágult orrfélben pörkösödés nem lépett fel.

SUMMARY
A case of growing angioma in the left half of the nose of a woman, aged 43, is described, — this location may be considered as a rarity in the literature. In spite of the at first misleading pathological-histological diagnosis the steady observation of the clinical picture resulted in the correct diagnosis. The relatively simple form of the surgical treatment assured complete recovery. It may be of interest that in the left half of the nose, considerably dilated in consequence of the operation, no formation of crust occurred.
