ÖSSZEFOGLALÁS:
Röviden áttekinti a belsőfül-nagyothallások rendszerezését, pathomechanis- musukban szereplő vascularis és endolympha-zavarokat, valamint az utóbbi években alkalmazott therapiás lehetőségeket.
31 beteg 54 fülén végzett retroauricularis Cofocain—Tolazolin-kezeléssel elért eredményeiket a matematikai statisztika módszerével elemzi. Az eredmények szerények, de significansak. Véleménye szerint a Cofocain-Tolazolint érdemes a belsőfül-nagyotthallások kezelésében alkalmazni.
Experiences made during the retroauricular Cofocaine — Tolazoline injection treatment of hearing impairment (hardness of hearing) with origin in the inner ear.
SUMMARY
The classification of the hearing impairment with origin in the inner ear, the vascular and endolymphic disturbances playing a role in its pathomechanism and the therapeutical methods used in the last few years are shortly reviewed.
The author’s results obtained with the retroauricular Cofocaine — Tolazoline injection treatment — performed in 31 patients and in 54 ears — are reported. These results are analysed by means of mathematical statistics. Although modest — nevertheless significant — results have been obtained. In the opinoin of the author, the retroauricular Cofocaine — Tolazoline injection is a useful method in the treatment of the impairment (hardness) of hearing with origin in the inner ear.
