ÖSSZEFOGLALÁS:
Szerző ingerként csecsemősírást alkalmazott koraszülött csecsemők hallás- vizsgálatára. A sírást magnetofonfelvételen rögzítette, majd sávszűrővel frekvencia-sávokra bontotta. Az így kapott felvételt hangnyomásmérő segítségével kalibrálta és alkalmazta hallásvizsgálat céljára. Eddigi eredményei szerint eljárása szűrővizsgálatokra és diagnosztikai céllal egyaránt jól alkal- mazhatónak látszik, rendkívül egyszerű, könnyen és rövid idő alatt elvégezhető.
Examination of the audition in premature infants by means of crying of children.
SUMMARY
Crying of children has been used by the author as stimulus in the examination of audition of premature infants. The crying has been recorded on magnetophone, and then divided by means of band filtering in frequency bands. The record obtained in this way was calibrated on sound pressure measuring instrument, — thus, the method was suitable for the examination of audition. The examinations have been performed in sound-proof room. On the basis of the author’s results the method seems to be suitable both for mass and serial examinations and diagnostical purposes. The procedure is easy to perform and requires little time.
