ÖSSZEFOGLALÁS:
A szerzők az exsudativ otitis rövid irodalmi áttekintése után ismertetik eljárásukat, mellyel az exsudativ otitis esetében tartós drainage biztosítható. Véleményük szerint az exsudativ középfülgyulladás korábbi stádiumaiban tartós drainage biztosításával az adhaesiv folyamatok egy része megelőzhető.

SUMMARY
After the short review of the literature dealing with the exudative otitis the authors’ methode is described, by means of which in the case of exudative otitis continuous drainage is assured. In the opinion of the authors continuous drainage may prevent in the early phases of the exudative otitis media the development of a considerable part of adhaesive processes.
