ÖSSZEFOGLALÁS:
A szerzők irodalmi és saját tapasztalataik alapján foglalkoznak a pseudo- otosclerosis kérdésével. A stapedectomiák számának növekedésével mind gyakrabban találkozunk otosclerosist utánzó kórképpel. A különböző syndro- mákban jelentkező fejlődési rendellenességek összefoglalása után ismertetik a pseudo-otosclerosis differential-diagnosticáját, majd saját tapasztalataik alapján egyes esetek kiemelésével ismertetik a műtéti therapiát.

SUMMARY
On the basis of the data of the literature and their own experiences the problem of pseudo-otosclerosis is discussed by the authors. With the increase of the number of the stapedectomies the clinical pictures resembling to otosclerosis are more and more frequently observed. After the review of the malformations found in various syndromes the differential diagnosis of the pseudo-otosclerosis is exposed, and then on the basis of their experiences the surgical treatment is dealt with by the authors.
