A vártnál jobb halláseredményt adó radicalis műtéti üregek operációs mikroszkóppal végzett vizsgálata alkalmával, a dobhártyamaradványból kialakult másodlagos hártya volt található, amely a fülkürtszájadék, a kerek— és egyes esetekben az ovalis — ablak fölé is kiterjedt. A szerző ezzel magyarázza a javulást.
Examination of the cavities after radical operations, assuring improvement of hearing.
SUMMARY
After radical interventions assuring better hearing results than expected, the cavities have been examined by means of operation microscope. A secondary membrane, formed from the remainder of the membrane of the tympanum, has been found, distending over the orifice of the auditory tube, the round window and in some cases also over the oval window. In the opinion of the author, this is the explication of the improved heanirg.
