ÖSSZEFOGLALÁS:
A szerző egy hat éven át megfigyelt betegről számol be, akinek a hallásromlását, fülzúgását és szédülését a belsőfül vérellátási zavarának tulajdonítja. Véleményét a következőkre alapozza: A tünetek rendszerint az alsó végtag thrombophlebitisével egyidőben jelentkeztek. A kezdetben egyoldali Meniére- betegségre jellemző tünetek később teljes egyoldali cochleo-vestibularis kieséssé fokozódtak. A kiesést Heparin- és értágító-kezeléssel sikerült megszüntetni. A későbbi évek folyamán több ízben előfordult a beteg oldalon halláskiesés, melyet újabb Heparin- és értágító-kezeléssel oldott meg.

SUMMARY
The ease of a patient observed for 6 years is reported, in whom the impairment of hearing, the tinnitus and the attacks of vertigo were attributed by the author to disorders of the blood supply of the internal ear. The symptoms appeared usually simultaneously with the thrombophlebitis of the lower limb. The symptoms were initially characteristic of unilateral Meniere’s syndrome, later they increased to complete coch- leo-vestibular deficiency. With the administration of Heparin and vasodilator drugs the deficiency could be corrected. In the subsequent years, loss of hearing on the involved side occurred repeatedly, — with Heparin and vasodilator drugs, however, improvement could be obtained.
