ÖSSZEFOGLALÁS:
A szerző az osztályukon 7 év alatt végzett 280 interpositio, illetve stapedecto- mia közül azzal az 5 műtéttel foglalkozik, ahol a műtéti indikációt 4 esetben fejlődési rendellenesség, 1-ben pedig dobhártyabegesedés és az incudo-sta- pedialis ízület tokon belüli subluxatiója s a kengyel rögzítettsége képezte. A tympanotomia — megfelelő technika mellett — ma már veszélytelen beavatkozás, a diagnosis biztosítására is elvégzendő, ha a lég-csont-köz nagyságának oka másként nem tisztázható.
Stapedectomy in not-otosclerotic cases.
SUMMARY
Among 280 cases of interposition and stapedectomy performed during 7 years in the author’s department, 5 operations are dealt with, in which the indication was based in 4 cases on malformations and in 1 case on the cicatrization of the membrane of the tympanum and fixation of the stapes. Tympanotomy — if carried out with correct technique — is nowadays a harmless and safe operation, — this method is performed also for diagnostic purposes, if in audiometric examinations the cause of the divergence between the air-conduction and the bone-conduction can not be disclosed otherwise.
