Számos gyermek nagyothallása környezete számára ismeretlen. Ezért szükséges az iskoláskori hallásvizsgálatok végzése. A sok időt igénylő módszerek helyett a gyorsan keresztülvihető súgott beszéddel történő kiszűrést, s az ily módon halláscsökkenésre gyanúsaknál audiometriás tisztahang-küszöb felvételét ajánlja. Beszámol egy iskolában fenti módszerrel végrehajtott hallás- szűrő vizsgálatairól.
Methodical problems of hearing examination in the school.
SUMMARY
Impairment of an individual’s hearing, or hardness of hearing is sometimes unknown even to the relatives. Therefore the examination of the hearing in the schooling age and group testing in schools are of utmost importance. Instead of the methods wasting much time screening examinations carried out with whispered speech are recommended by the author, — these examinations do not require much time. If suspicion of impaired hearing is present, audiometric pure tone threshold testing is advocated. The results of group testing in a school with this method are reported.
