ÖSSZEFOGLALÁS:
Ép és vezetéses típusú nagyothullásban szenvedő egyének hallásrezervjének megállapítására irányuló vizsgálatainkat a Jerger—Tillman-féle SAL-audiometriával végeztük. Az eredeti eljárástól módszerünk abban tért el, hogy frequentiánként határoztuk meg azt a zajszintet, amellyel a fő frequentiák- ban normáloknál 20, 45, 50, 50, 50 dB hallásküszöb-eltolódást tudtunk elérni. Biometriai analysisünk szerint a SAL-mérések teljesen hiteles, és a hagyományos csontvezetéses hallásvizsgálattal egyenrangú eredményeket adnak. Az eljárás előnye, hogy könnyen elvégezhető, kiküszöböli a nem vizsgált fül fedésével kapcsolatos problémákat, s az eredmények szempontjából irreleváns a készülék szint-beállítása.
Experiences with S AL-audiometry.
SUMMARY
In normal persons and subjects with impaired hearing of the conductive type to determine the auditory reserve examinations were performed with the SAL-audiometry of Jerger—Tillman type. The method of the author was different in the respect that he noise levels were determined by frequencies, using which in the main frequencies in the normal subjects 20, 45, 50, 50, 50 dB shifting of the audition threshold were obtained. Biometric analysis showed that SAL recordings exhibited entirely authentic results and they were of equal value than with the traditional auditory conduction test. The advantage of the method is that is is easy to perform, the problems concerning the covering of the other ear are eliminated and from the aspect of the results the adjustion of the level of the apparatus is irrelevant.
