ÖSSZEFOGLALÁS:
Szerzők carotis angiographiával igazolt, bal oldali infraclinoidealis elhelyezkedésű aneurysmáról számolnak be, mely objectiv (mások által is haliható), a pulsussal synchron fülziígást okozott 32 éves nőbetegnél. Az aneurysma- zörejt magnetofon szalagon rögzítették, majd EMG készülék oscilloscopja és fotoregisztráló egysége segítségével phonogrammot készítettek.
Az aneurysma localisatiója miatt közvetlen műtéti beavatkozás nem volt elvégezhető, ezért a bal oldali carotis interna lekötését ajánlották, amelybe azonban a beteg nem egyezett bele.
A kérdés irodalmi áttekintése után leírják a vascularis eredetű objectiv fülzúgás tüneteit, diagnózisát és therapiáját.

SUMMARY
A case with left side aneurysm with infraclinoideal localisation proeed by carotid angiography in a female aged 32 years is presented. The alteration produced objective tinnitus (audible also by others) which was synchronous with the pulse beat. The aneurysm murmur was recorded on tape, later with the help of the oscilloscope of the EMG apparatus and photoregistrating unit phonogram was produced.
Due to the localisation of the aneurysm direct surgical intervention was impossible, therefore ligation of the left internal carotid artery was recommended, the patient how’ever, did not give her consent.
After reviewing literature symptoms, diagnostics and therapy of objective tinnitus of vascular origina are discussed.
