ÖSSZEFOGLALÁS:
Szerzők 3 garat-neurinoma műtétjének tapasztalatait az alábbiakban összegezik :
1. Külső feltárásból ajánlják a garat-neurinomák felkeresését és eltávolítását .
2. Helyi érzéstelenítésnél helyesebbnek tartják az intratrachealis narcosist.
3. Endoralis behatolás esetén számolni lehet műtéti kockázattal, nagyobb
vérzéssel, s a daganatnak nem eléggé radicalis eltávolításával.
4. Radicalis eltávolítás mellett recidiva nem várható.
5. Betegeik recidivamentesek.

SUMMARY
The experiences obtained on the basis of 3 operations of pharyngeal neurinoma are resumed by the authors as follows:
1. The localization and the removal of pharyngeal neurinoma is recommended from external approach.
2. Instead of local anesthesia the authors give preference to the intratracheal narcosis.
3. In the case oral approach, the operative risks, large bleedings and the not sufficiently radical excision of the tumour are to be taken into consideration.
4. No recurrence has been observed in the authors’ patients.
