A zsugororr lényegét jelentő nyálkahártya és porcog váz hegesedég-zsugo- rodás javítására intranasalis behatolásból az orr fedőbőrének felpraeparálása és reponálása után középső, verticalis homloklebenyt hajlítunk be kis haránt glabellaris metszésen keresztül az orr belsejébe és ezt a nyálkahártya hiányának pótlására használjuk fel. A bőralatti kötőszövettel bőven ellátott, jó vérellátású lebeny ideális befogadó helye lesz a két hónappal később beültetett, a tibiából vett és periostizált csont-transplantatumnak.
A new method for the correction of the contracted nose.
SUMMARY
Contracted nose is due to the cicatrization and atrophy of the mucous membrane and the cartilaginous ground substance. The author worked out a new method for the plastic repair of the contracted nose. After intranasal approach the covering skin of the nose is prepared and replaced. For the reconstruction of the nose a vertical forehead flap is used, which is bent through a small, glabellar incision into the interior of the nose, in order to replace the defect of the mucous membrane. The flap is rich in subcutaneous connective tissue, with very good circulation. Two months later, a periosteal bone-transplant, obtained from the tibia, is implanted and used to rebuild the nose.
