ÖSSZEFOGLALÁS:
Szerző foglalkozik a műtéti indikáció és műtéti technika néhány kérdésével, részletesen a műtét utáni hallásjavulás egyes problémáival. így a hallás javulás közvetlen műtét utáni alakulásával, ezek típusaival. A lég- csont-rés záródásával és túlzáródásával. Továbbá a Carhart áthelyezéshez hasonlóan a stapedectomiáknál szintén bekövetkező csontvezetéses hallásjavulással, ennek mértékével és jelentőségével. Adatokat közöl az eredmények tartósságáról, illetve a hallás késői továbbjavulásáról.
Techniques and results of surgical interventions on the stapes
SUMMARY
Some problems of surgical indication and operational techniques are discussed. Problems of improved auditory acuity following the intervention are dealt with in detail, like development pf postoperative improvement of hearing and its different types. Closing of the fissure of the pneumatic bone and exaggerated closing are discussed. Further, similarly to Carhart transposition conductive improvement of hearing developing also in case of stapedectomy, its degree and significance are also dealt with. Personal data are presented on the stability of the results, respectively on the further (late) improvement of hearing.
