ÖSSZEFOGLALÁS:
23 esetben lateral fixatióról számoltunk be. A műtétet minden esetben kétoldali recurrens paresisnél végeztük. Eddigi tapasztalataink alapján úgy látjuk, hogy a műtét a betegnek nem jelent nagy traumát, az eredmény pedig mind a légzés, mind a phonatio szempontjából kielégítő. 23 esetből 16 esetben egyoldali, 3 esetben kétoldali fixálásra volt szükség, 4 esetben a műtét nem oldotta meg a hangszalag lateral fixálását.

SUMMARY
Lateral fixation performed in 23 cases is reported. The intervention was performed in all cases only in bilateral reeurrens paresis. Based on experiences obtained so far it is concluded that the intervention is not very traumatic for the patient and the results are satisfactory regarding both respiration and phonation. From 23 cases in 16 unilateral and in 3 bilateral fixation had to be performed. In four cases the intervention did not achieve the lateral fixation of the vocal chords.
