ÖSSZEFOGLALÁS:
Tanulmányunkban azokról a tapasztalatokról kívánunk beszámolni, amelyeket különböző vestibularis kórképek elektronystagmographiás vizsgálataiban szereztünk.
Vizsgálatainkat kórházunk 8 csatornás Kaiser typusú elektroencephalog- raphjával végeztük. Technikai okokból eddig nem tudtuk rutinszerűen bevezetni az otoneurológiai rendelésünkön az elektronystagmographiát, ez az oka eseteink viszonylag kevés számának.

SUMMARY
The author compared the electronystagmograms of peripheral and central clinical pictures with the findings of healthy persons. In individual cases of diseases of the labyrinth spontaneous nystagmus was observed increasing when the eye had been closed and in one of the patients direction-preponderance too was established in periods of relative rest.
He found differences between the individual nystagmograms in the regularity of the consecutively following strokes of the nystagmus. The individual strokes of caloric nystagmus brought about in healthy persons were of about the same amplitude and the single strokes followed in regular intervals of time. In cases of central vestibular diseases irregularities of the amplitude and frequency were observed. The author expressed the inequalities of the frequency numerically too. He found that the distribution of the strokes of the nystagmus in healthy persons is regular, while in central clinical pictures the distribution in time of the strokes is mostly inequal. In diseases of the labyrinth both regular and irregular frequencies occurred.
