ÖSSZEFOGLALÁS:
Az epipharynx cysták keletkezése, szöveti szerkezete, diagnosztikai és therapiás problémái rövid áttekintése után saját gyógyult epipharynx tetői cysta esetüket ismertetik.
Esetük érdekessége egyrészt ritka előfordulása, másrészt az, hogy a beteg régi septum deviatiója friss panaszait látszólag megmagyarázta és csak az epipharynx vizsgálat derítette ki a tulajdonképpeni megbetegedést.

SUMMARY
After a short survey of the origin, histological structure, diagnostical and pathological problems of epipharingeal cysts the authors describe a case treated successfully by them. Their case is interesting not only because of its rarity but because of the circumstance too that the patient’s old deviation of the septum seemengly accounted for his new complaints and only the examination of the epypharinx revealed the actual disease.
