ÖSSZEFOGLALÁS:
A vasomotoros-allergiás rhinitis polyaetiológiájú, nagyon komplex kórforma. Coca aetiológiai szempontból 3 alakját különbözteti meg: 1. Rhinitis pollinosa (széna és akáenátha pl.). 2. Rhinitis allergica (por, liszt, kozmeti- cumok stb.). 3. Rhinitis vasomotorica (kimutatható allergiás jelek nélkül). A százalékos megoszlása az allergiás és nem allergiás rhinitiseknek egyes szerzők szerint más és más. Nagyjából elfogadhatjuk azt a megállapítást, hogy allergiás forma számban messze felülmúlja a nem allergiás rhinopathiákat.
A kor és nem szerinti megoszlás nem mutat szignifikáns eltérést. A tünetek közül a rohamokban jelentkező tüsszentési ingert, profus, nyákos-savós orrfolyást, anosmiát s a főleg éjjel — a fekvés oldalán kifejezettebb, alternáló orrdugulást (stasis a visszeres öblökben) említenénk.
Therapeutic Attempts at Influencing Some Forms of the Vasomotory- Allergic Rhinitis.
SUMMARY
The authors briefly describe the symptomatology of vasomotory-allergic rhinitis, its aetio-pathogenesis and some diagnostical aspects of this disease. Then they describe the therapy used in such cases. In 10 cases out of 54 ones auto vaccinotherapy was employed, with 70 per cent getting symptomless, 10 per cent improving and 20 per cent being without success. They ascribe the results obtained to the desen si bilizing effect of the vaccine. In 44 cases, where the allergic origin of the disease seemed to be reliably proved di-adreson-novocain solution was injected into the concha. 70 per cent of the patients got symptomless for more than one year, in 20 per cent improvement was obtained and only 4 cases relapsed.
The results of both ways of treatment are rather promising. Checking of the cases and of the durability of the results is under way.
