ÖSSZEFOGLALÁS:
A hídszögleti tumorok, elsősorban a leggyakoribb változat az acusticus tumor korai felismerése az otoneurologusok feladata, mert az első tünetek általában fülészhez irányítják a beteget. Az otoneurologiai vizsgálat egyik lényeges része a nystagmus kép észlelése és értelmezése. Jelen beszámolómban a hídszögleti fumorok nystagmus képével kívánok foglalkozni.
Az idevágó irodalom (Unterberger, Falkenberg, Reys, Nylen, Brunner, Aubry, Graf, Frenzel, Stenger, Fürstner stb.) nem képvisel egységes és kialakult álláspontot, bár vannak részletkérdések, amelyek tekintetében az észlelések többé-kevésbé megegyeznek.
The Nystagmus-Picture of Tumors of the Pontile Corner.
SUMMARY
The author examined the nystagmus-pictures of 55 patients with tumor of the pontile corner. She found that the nystagmus-picture observed with tumors of the pontile corner inside the posterior scala has locational value only together with the other otoneurological symptoms and examination-findings but in this case it makes an indispensable part of exact early diagnoses from which conclusions may be drawn regarding the size of the tumor, the damage of the central structures and concerning prognosis.
The author states that the correct evaluation of the otoneurological picture allows for the neurosurgeon omitting pneumography. Probably this was the cause of getting full recovery in 87 per cent of the 55 cases the mortality being at the same time only 5 per cent.
