ÖSSZEFOGLALÁS:
Az arcüregek gyulladásos, daganatos és egyéb megbetegedése esetén ma már alig nélkülözhető vizsgálati eljárás a kontrasztanyag-feltöltéses röntgen felvétel. Viszonylag ritkán alkalmazzák annak ellenére, hogy kivitele egyszerű, ambulanter is elvégezhető és a beteg számára sem jelent kellemetlen beavatkozást. Segítségével olyan értékes diagnosztikai adatokhoz juthatunk, melyek irányt szabhatnak műtéti beavatkozásunknak.
Significance of Contrast Roentgenography in the Diagnostics of Diseases of the Facial Cavity.
SUMMARY
Contrast roentgenography plays an important part in the diagnostics of diseases of the facial cavity, because it shows the pathological changes of the facial cavity in two planes. The author reports on his experience concerning various forms of diseases gained by the use of the opaque material “Triopae 400”. In the author’s opinion this simple examination should be performed in all cases of chronic diseases of the facial cavity, before surgical interventions connected with the facial cavity, in cases of trigeminal neuralgy, in the presence of nasal and maxillary tumours and it is recommended in cases of children’s sino-bronchitis. The method may be considered to be fully harmless and the authors did not meet any deterious effects or complications during his examinations.
