ÖSSZEFOGLALÁS:
A paralabyrinth sejtek gennyedéséről kevesebb az irodalmi adat mint a pyramiscsúcsgennyedésről. 0. Mayer monográfiájában ismertetett 33 petrositis között csak 8 esetben fordult elő, a többi pyramisesúcsgennyedés volt. Ezért hangsúlyozza, hogy a paralabyrinth sejtek gennyedése a petrositisek ritkább formája.
The Pundence of the Paralabyrinth Cells.
SUMMARY
The author describes a case of bilateral mastoiditis and bilateral purulency of the paralabyrinth cells associated to bilateral acute otitis media. The case healed after the operation. The author deals with the difficulties of differential diagnosis of the clinical picture in the first line from the purulence of the pyramis vestibuli then he speaks about the lessened diagnostical value of roentgen pictures in cases of paralabyrinth cell purulences. He deals with diagnostical and therapeutical questions with a special regard to their surgical solutions.
