ÖSSZEFOGLALÁS:
Therápiánkban az elmúlt — csaknem — két évtized alatt, valamint napjainkban is a legnagyobb és egyedülálló eredményt az antibioticumok (ab.) adják. A gyógyszeripar rohamos fejlődése és a mai gyógyszerkutatás világszerte újabb és újabb antibioticus gyógyszerek megjelenését eredményezi s azoknak széleskörű alkalmazását teszi lehetővé.

SUMMARY
The problem of tesistance to the antibiotics is in the centre of interest. All antibiotic treatment is possibly performed on the basis of exact bacteriologic and sensibility examinations. The dangers of the undiscriminting antibiotic therapy are pointed out, and the antibiograms of the last three yers fully treated by the authors. It results from the authors’ examinations that the resistance to the antibiotics with broad spectrum increases year by year. In the same time, some improvement is seen in the problem of the resistance ot the sulfanilamides, the penicillin and partially the streptomycin. A treatment with combined antibiotics may perhaps be useful in respect of the resistance.
