SUMMARY
Author operated 5 patiens for otosclerosis with Rosen’s method. The conditions were generali}^ beyond the usual limits of indication, nevertheless, satisfactory results were obtained. The simple operation has the advantage that the patients give their consent to this operation more readily than to fenestration.
