ÖSSZEFOGLALÁS:
A sinonasalis régióban előforduló haemangiopericytomára általában jellemző, hogy kevésbé agresszív klinikai megjelenést mutat és ritkábban ad távoli metasztázist, összehasonlítva az egyéb lokalizációban megjelenő formákkal. A HPC egy ritka, potenciálisan malignus daganat, amely a hajszálereket körülvevő módosult simaizom-sejtekből, az úgynevezett „Zimmermann-féle" pericytákból indul ki. A test bármely részén előfordulhat, leggyakoribb a retroperitoneumban. Egy 65 éves nőbeteg esetét mutatjuk be, akinél jobb oldali sinonasalis HPC miatt sikeres endoszkópos tumoreltávolítás történt. Hosszú daganatmentes időszak után is előfordulhat recidíva, ezért a betegek rendszeres élethosszig tartó követése javasolt.

SUMMARY
Haemangiopericytoma is a rare, potentially malignant tumor, deriving from modified smooth muscle cells surrounding small vessels, also called as Zimmermann pericytes. The tumor can arise in any organ system, but occurs most frequently in the retroperitoneum. We present the case of a 65-year-old patient with a right sinonasal hemangiopericytoma, who was successfully treated by transnasal endoscopic sinus surgery. HPC of the nose and paranasal sinuses is thought to behave less aggressively than tumors in other parts of the body and tend to metastatize less frequently compared to HPC located in other parts of the human body. The gold standard of the therapy is the endoscopic surgical resection. Recurrence may occur after a prolonged disease-free period, thus regular, life-long follow-up of patients with haemangiopericytoma is highly recommended.
