ÖSSZEFOGLALÁS
A tiszta, illetve domináló vezetéses komponensű halláscsökkenések rehabilitációjának egyik modern lehetősége a csonthoz horgonyzott, implantálható hallásjavító rendszer (Bone Anchored Hearing Aid, BAHA) alkalmazása. A nemzetközi gyakorlatban már hosszú évek óta rutinszerűen alkalmazott, egyszerű műtéti eljárás indikációs területe mostanra hazánkban is egyre bővül. Kiterjedt mindazon betegekre, akiknek domináló vezetéses jellegű halláscsökkenése sebészi terápiával kellő mértékben nem javítható, és ahol a preoperatív hallás- vizsgálatok eredményei alapján, a többi módszerhez képest, a BAHA implantáció várhatóan jobb eredményt biztosít. A műtétet megelőzően elvégzett részletes audiológiai mérések eredményei tapasztalatunk alapján jól becsülhetővé teszik a posztoperatívan várható hallásteljesítményt, jól korrelálnak a műtétet követő rövid és hosszú távú betegelégedettségi adatokkal. A szerzők beszámolnak a preoperatív időszakban elvégzett vizsgálataik kapcsán szerzett tapasztalatokról és a betegek elégedettségét vizsgáló kérdőív eredményeiről.
Evaluation of audiometric tests and patient satisfactory surveys prior to BAHA im plantation and their comparison with results gained with conventional bone conduction hearing aids
SUMMARY
Among the modern possibilities of the rehabilitation of pure or dominantly conductive type hearing losses the application of bone anchored hearing aid (BAHA) system could be one solution. The indication field in Hungary is continuously broadening of this simple surgical method used routinishly for many years in the international pratice. It has covered all patients with dominantly conductive type of hearing losses whose hearing impairment couldn’t be improved sufficiently by surgical therapy, and those cases where based on the preoperative test results, compared to other methods, the BAHA implantation may provide better results. The thorough audiological test results, gained preoperatively, make the postoperatively awaited hearing performance reliably being estimated, and are correlated well with short and long term patient satisfactory survey results.
