A szerző elemzi a gastro-oesophagealis reflux betegség (GORB) gégészeti vonatkozásait. Ismerteti az alapbetegség felismeréséhez alkalmazott vizsgálati eljárások hatékonyságát. Hangsúlyozza az endoscopos vizsgálat jelentőségét. Közli 142 betegük GORB-hoz társult gégepanaszainak és tüneteinek megoszlását. Tapasztalatai alapján tárgyalja az eredményes kezelési eljárásokat. Felhívja a figyelmet a GORB által okozott, fel nem ism ert gégepanaszok és tünetek gyakoriságára.
SUMMARY
The author analyses the laryngological relations of gastroesophageal reflux disease. He reviewes the efficacy of examination procedures adopted to diagnosis of basic disease. He emphasizes the significance of endoscopical examination. The author publishes the distribution of laryngeal complaints and symptoms, which were associated with GERD, in their 142 patients. By reason of his own experiences, he discusses teh successful procdures of treatment. He draws the attention to frequent occurrence of laryngeal complaints and, symptoms caused by GERD, which are not diagnosed.
